Which email platform do you use?
Yours: Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo or similar. The platform subscription is paid by you directly, so your list always stays yours. Not sure which? We help you choose.
What does the setup include?
We set up or tidy your platform, connect your domain so emails reach the inbox, add a signup form to your website, import and clean your list and create a welcome email. One-time $690 + GST.
What are automated flows?
Emails that send themselves at the right moment: welcome series, abandoned cart, after purchase, review requests or win-back. $390 + GST each, one-off.
Is there a minimum term?
A 3-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days notice.
Can I email people who have not signed up?
No. Under the Spam Act 2003 we only email people who agreed to hear from your business. We help you grow your list properly.
