Will you move my existing website and email?
Yes. We move your website and help move your email so nothing is lost, and we tell you before we switch anything over.
What is the difference between Hosting and Website Care?
Hosting keeps your website online, fast and backed up. Website Care adds monthly WordPress updates (tested, rolled back if something breaks), up to 30 minutes of small changes each month and a reply within 1 business day.
Can I send newsletters from my hosting email?
Hosting email is for business email (up to 1,000 emails per hour). Newsletters go through an email platform such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp or Brevo, which we can manage for you too.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Hosting is month to month. If you ever leave, we help you move your website and email.
I am building a new website with EMC2 Online. Do I pay for hosting?
Your first 3 months of Starter hosting are free with every website package, plus a free .com.au or .com domain for the first year.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, move to a bigger plan any time as your website grows.
