Want us to set it up? Our setup service is $220 + GST per website, one-time: we install your AI Assistant, configure it and train it on your business and brand.

AI usage: It runs on Claude by Anthropic using your own Anthropic API key, so AI usage is billed by Anthropic directly to you, with a spending limit you choose. We show you how in the install guide.

Billing

You'll check out in our secure checkout, and you can add other services to the same order. Nothing is charged for the licence until day 15, and you can cancel before then.

Questions

Does it work on my website?

It's a WordPress plugin, so for now it works on WordPress websites (version 6.2 or newer, PHP 7.4 or newer). Shopify and other platforms are planned.

What does the AI usage cost?

You pay Anthropic directly for usage through your own API key. The cost depends on how many conversations your site gets. You set a hard monthly limit with Anthropic, plus the assistant's own monthly and daily caps, so it never runs over.

How does the free trial work?

You enter your payment details at sign-up. The licence is free for 14 days and the first charge is on day 15. Cancel before then and the licence is never charged. The optional setup service is charged when you order it.

What happens if I cancel?

It keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then the advisor stops showing. Your settings and conversations are kept, so it comes straight back if you subscribe again.

Is visitor data safe?

Conversations are stored in your own WordPress database, and you choose how long to keep them. We give you a short section to add to your privacy policy.

Can I get help?

Support is by email on business days. If you'd like us to do it all, add the setup service and we'll install it and train it on your business.
